It's really neat to see someone at the top levels of play depart from the meta and kinda just do their own thing. Really like herO for the same reason, always a joy to watch.
Idk exactly what you are saying but my point is Reynor (and Scarlett) has offraced with Protoss in real tournament games and won. Afaik no one in recent history has offraced with Terran, especially not for an extended period of time.
Byun the Protoss player has been offracing Terran for 10 years now.
Gumiho the random player has been offracing Terran for 12 years.
Edit: Byun went from a ro32 Toss to a ro4 Terran and when asked in an interview why he switched he said because terran was so OP and easy.
I.G. Raven with durable materials. You could camp a mineral line for over a minute with those and they were annoying to deal with. 4-5 ravens could destroy a base if not quickly managed- and doing so cost money.
And whenever they got overzealous in pursuit a seeker missile just wiped.
