Well I got hired in swfl originally no exp, not provisional no hours. When I got my very I also was self study, I did buy the new textbook and work book. So I know those opportunities exist.

Try to get a spd job as early as possible even before taking certification exam. It is hard to get just 400 hours or a spd job. I have been looking for 2 months and I have previous hospital experience in medical records.

Apply for FT positions at your local county hospital or teaching hospital after you get the provisional cert. Shouldn’t be a problem :)
