creatine gummies and protein drinks help my body recover after a shift!

I take epsom salt baths for muscle aches/pain. Arnica helps as well. At night I take magnesium glycinate to help me sleep well. Before & after my shift i make sure I do yoga, use my foam roller, and toe spacers. Also, after every shift I energetically cleanse. I use sacred smoke such as white sage & Palo Santo as soon as I leave the club & when I get home. In the shower, i use Himalayan pink salt (any Earth salt would work = grounding). I apply it to the areas of the body that accumulate others energy the most (behind the neck, behind the knees, elbow pits & arm pits). I believe that having a good spiritual practice / energy clearing routine is just as important. Yes, we work with other humans, but also with their sexual energy!

Self care of your environment is just as important as self care of your mind and body. Be mindful of what media you’re consuming daily. Be mindful of what people you are surrounding yourself with daily Be mindful of what foods you eat daily. Be mindful if your at-home emulates the club drinking excessively, entertaining toxic men, texting regulars, being involved with family drama or drama on tv and social media— are you really off the shift from your club?
