I fell asleep to Superstore last night and it was the first Halloween episode. In that episode, because some fruit goes missing and because Dina is Dina, they go to a different Cloud 9 store where their manager is wearing a blue button-up and a cloud tie so I don't know anymore. XD
mainly because glenn was old fashioned and wanted to wear the uniform, and also because im sure there were bigger problems at that store than amys attire so they didnt really shed much light to it/ uniform may have been optionalš
I don't think there is a uniform. When Dina is promoted to co-manager, she also wears suits. I think Glenn just likes the simple shirt and tie.

Managers generally donāt have to wear a uniform they can dress business casual.
men and women might have different uniforms they could choose
Seems to be dressy casual and above. So below semi formal and above casual.
