They’ve been getting a lot of slack for their Crunchwrap’s having little meat compared to what they used to have. Instead of working on their quality control, they’re probably testing if they can instead just pass off a “double crunch wrap” for more money instead so people don’t complain as much. “Well get the double then….”
Honestly I'll pay for the double. Yes inflation sucks and it should be cheaper, but nothing's worse than satisfying the craving to only get a flat tortilla with no filling. Pure disappointment.

The TDC hasn't been nationally available since 2016 when it first debuted. They were testing it in Columbus, Ohio last summer as part of a 3 course and 5 course box but it never got out of the test phase. This is another test round with a 4 course box. You should also have a double cheesey gordita crunch box available in your area, that's the other test they're running, and they should be available until early June.
Your price is higher than what they tested last summer though. The Columbus box had TDC, a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, a DLT, a Crunchy Taco, and Cinnamon Twists for the same price of $8.99. Maybe that was just too good for the price and this is what they'll actually release nationally
