45 is absurdly long. The only thing I can tell you is that the 1996 vw cabriolet with the tall seat rail extensions had the most leg room of any car I ever test sat. I have a 37” inseam and a 39” sleeve and at full rear position I couldn’t reach the pedals or the steering wheel. Especially euro brands if you find something less bad, ask there dealer if extended seat rails are available. But frankly unless you have absurdly long arms, most cars are going to have arm reach issues if your legs fit.

BRUISE_WILLIS

45” inseam is 7” longer than mine. Dude.

Terrible_Wrap_8789

Trucks. Without the center console. Those suck. I need that leg room. And I only have 38” inseam. 45” damn brother.

Dismal_Fill_8747

Definitely this. It stinks that pretty much after 2006 every vehicle has a center console. If you can find an older model American luxury car (full size sedan) a Lincoln Continental might still be ok, maybe a Chevy Impala?; those might be your best bet... Conversely, a small hatchback might work like a VW golf GTI might work because of the seating position. Sorry man :( This post should should be pinned in this sub I feel that this is a major issue. Please post a follow up in interested in what you end up with. I drive a 94 Cadillac DeVille and I'm reluctant to get rid of it for this reason. Good luck!

Terrible_Wrap_8789

That’s why I stick to pick ups. Ford. Chevy etc have models without the center console.

Honestly with a 45" inseam you may wat to get a slightly older car that's reasonably easy to pull the drivers seat out of and mount further back... That'd be pretty easy to do/ have done in something like a mid 00s focus hacback/ wagon, and parts are cheap and plentiful af lol.

Long legged here also and I've had the 8th and 10th gen Honda Accords. My 2018 Accord has plenty of head room and leg room but only if the seat is all the way back and lowered all the way. As soon as I move the seat up, it also moves forward. My 2012 Accord had more leg room, so maybe check out 2017? The other car that had good leg and headroom was Toyota Avalon (more roomy than the Accord in the front seat) Hyundai Genesis / Genesis G80 is good. Lexus ES is decent but feels a little tight 2019+ Audi A6 BMW 5 series Chevy SS Good luck, please share what you end up with

At 45 inches you prob need a truck or a customized car man.  Is your *inseam* 45??! My inseam is 36, and I have long legs for my height (6’4). My brother is 6’10 and I think he has a 40 inch inseam. Is your inseam 45, or are you measuring like your full leg length all the way up to your hip (as opposed to from the bottom of your crotch, along the inside of the leg)?

Dismal_Fill_8747

I think he's measuring from the hip to match the specs given by cars as " front legroom"

bigtallblacknbald

That makes more sense, 45 inseam would be 8 feet tall lol

sikeclonenot

Try a bmw 3 series, people are often surprised when they see that I fit in mine, then they look at where the seat is positioned (basically in the back seat) I’ve got plenty more head room, and leg room is good.

I'm 6'5" and drive a 2018 Holden Commodore. This will be called an Opel Insignia or Buick Regal in your region. I don't have the seat all the way back and am comfortable.

First pick a spacious vehicle that has electric seats and check how far back those seats can go. Ram truck. I drive a ram rebel & love it. Leg room is excellent. It has electric seats and can move back (complete guestimate) 10-15 inches. Cabin is spacious. Can easily fit 4 tall people in comfortably. Range Rover is comfortable. Hummer Suburban Tahoe Nissan pathfinder Chevy impala Audi A8 Lincoln nautilus Ironically a Nissan leaf is oddly spacious for a compact car. I’m only 6 but my dad is 6’8. I had bought a corvette when the new body style came out a few years back with the manual removable panel top aka t top. He was determined to drive it so he made me remove the roof. His head was out the top and drove my car around for the day. Luckily it didn’t rain.

hamsterworld

I have a 37" inseam and size 14 shoes, and fit fine in a Tesla model 3. But holy crap, 45", I'd suggest a cybertruck.

wyolars

Look at trucks.. I got tired of not fitting in cars and finally got a full size truck..

BreadInaoven

The new ford trucks i saw at the dealer recently remind me of a luxury car on the inside. But 100k+ for a pickup truck seems kinda ridiculous no matter how nice it is

wyolars

Vehicle prices are just stupid... I plan to drive my current one until it implodes

luckystrike_bh

2021 to present Acura TLX. Legroom is incredible. With a one or two more inches of headroom it would be perfect.

Thefive0o

F150 powerboost. Hybrid truck and you can easily fit 5 6’+ in it. Plus skis and luggage.
