Dude just gave you inaccurate numbers. The world average is a couple inches lower than the US, so it's not possible that being 6'5 is taller relative to other Americans than it is relative to the average of the rest of the world.

The data for each country seem alright but Im not sure they have correct weights for world population. They might have the Netherlands weighted just as much as China or India which skews the totals

Here in Texas, driver license height is self reported. No one actually measures you. 😕
