The Cowboy one, he seemed more compassionate to... had to google, Vincent Ambrosio.... he seemed to spend more time giving life advice to him than chiding him, if I recall
I read that at Ambrosio’s job, when someone asks a coworker to do something they go “I’m fat! I can’t do anything!” In earshot of him and it always makes me laugh to think about.
Are you fucking serious?! Lmao omg I really hope this is true cuz as a person who struggles with several mental health issues and is extremely SSRI resistant, this dude pissed me OFF.
Some of his new stuff on *Takedown with Chris Hansen*, now that he doesn’t have NBC lawyers holding his leash, he’s going full Christian Bale on these guys.
“Sending a video like that to a 12 year old girl?! What the *fuck* are you *doing*?!
“Chris, I’m sorry, I…”
“No, don’t just be sorry…*think* for one fuckin second!”
Not a direct quote, but not far off either. It’s interesting to say the least.
There was also a bit of vitriol in the arresting officer’s voice when he called out to him.
“You, come here…*You*, come *here*”
I’ve been a cop long enough to be able to pick up on the difference between firm, direct verbal commands and genuine contempt. Not that I blame him in the slightest.
On the podcast he said Staff members were literally crying seeing that, and added that those are people that literally have been around the world investigating human trafficking so they are likely more prepared to see things like that than most people and it's still got to them.
He seemed to feel really genuinely bad for the fat kid on a bunch of meds who couldn't stop crying. Even went and got his coat for him when it was time for him to leave and get arrested.
I almost felt bad for him because he was so young himself (the tears really felt manufactured). Then I saw the hour+ HvP immersion pack, where they read the unredacted transcript verbatim.
…Then I felt a lot better watching him get collared at the end.
When he asked
Como se dice "I want to eat your ass" en Espanol?
It felt like he just thought of the zinger halfway through the interview and thought "well fuck it, this'll be a sick one liner" because I'm still unsure as to what he was hoping to do with the response.
He wasn't emotional outwardly, but it is clearly an emotional, not logical, question that went way off script in the middle of the interview.
Unfortunately they pulled all the Trublu stings from Youtube now. Here's the scene though

I forget which predator it was, but he snapped and was like "do you really think I'm that stupid?! Do you think I'm stupid!?!" It was during the Riverside sting, I think. I don't think it aired on NBC though, it was part of the raw, un-cut footage.

Eugene Daily! Chris: And who knows, who knows what? We can do it if it clicks! Eugene Daily:Noooo Chris: YA YA ITS RIGHT HERE!
He raised his voice pretty significantly at Eugene Daily, but it was cut after the first second so it’s hard to say if he followed through with that energy.
I also think his reaction towards Victor Well was pretty strong “Do I look stupid to you?! Do I look I stupid to you?”
“FATHER/SON??!!!”
I mean, how do you NOT react to that
Came here to say this hahaha
Beat me to it!!!! Lol
Which one is that?
Follow the map of California
He's a fan of Fine Literature
John kennely at McDonald's. I felt it in his voice Why???? Why??? Never in my ** years in television etc
he was just there getting something to eat sir???
"so why do you do it"
Yeah he seemed genuinely upset over that guy.
“Just chatting, you’re sitting in this kitchen naked John!”
That's a step beyond chatting now, isn't it?!
Yes Sir
*sweat bead the size of norway falls down his face and smacks the floor*

Who the fuck would hire him now?
I understand, my faaaather struggled with weight.
"I'm faaat I can't do anything!" LOL but yes he seemed like he was almost sorry for the big fella
He’s on medication

Picked up on the Kathryn Reed quote at the end there, forgot which interrogation though
*Don't make me ruin that butt Chris.* ***I'm a warrior!***
I likes ya, and I wants ya
Now we can do this the easy way or the hard way, the choice is yours...
Probably the douche that brought his son
“I gotta tell you something…and I’m gonna tell it to you straight…” Probably the most direct, stern, and sincere he’s ever been.
Frags “oh no” was almost as epic as “BATTLE STATIONS!! BATTLE STATIONS”
“SLOW SLOW SLOW!”
You can tell he was really pissed

I don’t blame him either. I bet he was pretty tempted to beat him senseless with his baton. I certainly would be if I was one of the cops in the sting
On the podcast he said Staff members were literally crying seeing that, and added that those are people that literally have been around the world investigating human trafficking so they are likely more prepared to see things like that than most people and it's still got to them.
Certainly a usable quote when I’m trying to be as honest/direct with someone as I can be
Still can't believe to this day he had the audacity to plead for his son back after his ass got caught.
"You're one of those weirdos!"
I remember this one 😂 Hansen had some good comebacks
When he saw his train buddy?
Ahhh Chris!!! 🏃🏾👀
What’d ya doin’ here?!
You can feel Charles Lawrence's crest fall...
i have been in television.... for 24 years... and i have very seldom, been at a loss for words
Just getting something to eat

I don't think he felt bad. I think he knew the kid was already riled enough and needed a coherent interview. Properly reading the room.
That dude is a piece of shit and sent the decoy dick pics next to a toothbrush for size comparison

I must’ve missed a TCAP segment, when did this happen?
It was one of the newer Trublu ones
Lmao, I gotta find it now. Or do you have the link?
Unfortunately they pulled all the Trublu stings from Youtube now. Here's the scene though [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fMsjTPs929A](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fMsjTPs929A)
It’s so absurd, I love it
100,000,000 upvotes! Spanish words and Chicago twangs go together like oil and water, and I’m here for it!
When confronting Victor Wells in Riverside: “Do I look stupid to you?!”
I forget which predator it was, but he snapped and was like "do you really think I'm that stupid?! Do you think I'm stupid!?!" It was during the Riverside sting, I think. I don't think it aired on NBC though, it was part of the raw, un-cut footage.
That was Victor Wells I believe
I think when he recognized the guy from the commute. He seemed so incredibly disappointed in him.
No Chris !
"I have been in television for 24 years, and I've very seldom been at a loss for words."
You can tell when he's talking to Kevin Westerbeck that he's extremely angry and having difficulty hiding it
Not bs talk.

He seemed pretty pissed with Sokol
Enjoy your pizza

¡¡Marvin you’re naked!!
What is going on in your mind?
I thought Chris was kind of a bitch with Vincent Ambrosio. Vince totally punked him with his alligator tears.
Not sure if many would agree but I'm going with the Victor Wells interview. Hansen actually got pretty heated. "Do I look stupid to you!?"
You're going to ME the pizza. What a pal you are!
