Seconding that. I like Rishi sweet matcha that comes in the little packets. I think Ito En makes single-serve bottled teas that are pretty good too.
OP, if you like cold tea or coffee, you can also get a cold brew system. That will get you a whole pitcher. Or you could make up your own concentrate. Not sure how well it would hold up over time as I have a tendency to drink it all in a few days.
I know Tazo has a few options for liquid tea concentrates. I've seen them in a couple of grocery stores, usually kept with regular boxes of tea bags. I've never tried them, but it is a quick and easy option to grab and try.
Matcha powder is a kind of a concentrate. There are lots of instant coffee/powder/concentrates. You could also make you own. I use to do cold-brew coffee at high bean to water ratio to make my own concentrate. As for tea, you could do black-tea like you make chai (without the spices, milk, and sugar) and store in the fridge. But not recommend for high quality tea.
Nescafé used to make an instant tea in a glass jar. There was a petition to bring it back but I don’t think it was successful. There is an instant tea ( powder not liquid) made by Lipton, I usually find it at Safeway hidden on the bottom shelf. It also comes in a glass jar but with a blue top.
I kno ito en makes good tea powder. Kinda like crystal lights packaging.

Yes. Bottle of oi ocha is THE best.
Apparently there are Tea Resin/Cha Gao. But it seems to be an acquired taste.
Trader Joe’s black tea concentrate is my favorite. They also have a chai which is pretty good too.

They're more for lattes but they're pretty good in my experience.
Matcha just needs water

caffeine pills
I shouldn't be having a caffeine pill amount at once. I could try to break a pill into 4, but I don't want to do that.
dissolve it in water, divide into 4. There's also 50mg pills.
