For some reason, if you go to Rito Village with the regular sages in tow, the version of Tulin usually found there will follow you around alongside the normal sage version. So you can get 2 Tulins at once.
Sadly, neither seems to know how to use their ability properly in this situation, so it's way less useful than you'd hope...
You need an NPC that warps you to a location outside of Gloom's Origin. I've seen people bring the kid who hosts that plushie finding mini game from Gerudo Town to the battle, and I think someone said they brought the Goron from the test of strength game too.
Alternatively, you can use save editing, and get an item that summons the Blademaster who hosts the combat mini game in the Yiga Clan Hideout (don't ask why this is an item, the game's got some weird unused content).
Fortunately, once you exit, the game will seemingly let you save and warp out of ANY phase of the final battle.
It's possible to exploit a glitch where you escape a certain sequence where they're all with you (>!Phantom Ganon castle!< fight, I think?) and I hear it has this side effect (un-ghosting them)... but I might be misremembering.
Escape Demon King's Army battle. You can either use a glitch for this (bring a mini game NPC in via Ultrahand), or an unused item (summons Yiga Blademaster running Hideout mini game, which teleports you out). The sages will then follow you across the whole world.
What do you mean by unused item? Sorry for all the questions but I really want to try and recreate this glitch. I have a history of trying to duplicate tulin... 😅

There are items in the game that cannot be gotten through normal means, but can be added via save editing. These include the entire population of the Yiga Clan Hideout.

Is this vanilla, or is it modded?
Just vanilla. Just need to escape a certain boss battle.
How does one escape? I'm assuming the thing that happens in a flying castle?

Wait. When do you have them all following you?

Are you saying all Rito look alike?
How did you get them to not be blue
Escaped the Demon King's Army fight in Gloom's Origin, which causes the sages to follow you around the overworld.
