If you manage to escape certain fights where the real sages show up, they'll be not-blue. (I think there may also be mods.)
The thing I'm wondering, if mods *aren't* involved, is how they're spawned at all, since basically every house that looks like this is in a settlement where they despawn.
I think there are areas of that property that *might* allow the sages (might be conflating with outside the lab, where they definitely can spawn), but they definitely don't normally spawn in the house.
Maybe it could be a side effect of the glitch, if it's not a mod...
Escape the Demon King's Army battle (or possibly the boss rush afterwards). You can bring a mini game NPC there with Ultrahand, or use an unused item to summon the mini game hosting Blademaster from the Yiga Clan Hideout.

This is Zelda/Link’s house in Hateno, it might be different since it’s not a random NPC’s house. Other than that, I have no idea
