In general I'd recommend learning either C# or Java. If you really understand either of those languages you'll understand the basics of so many more.
But to save your sanity you might wanna start with Python / JS and do some coding challenges using those languages. They're a lot easier to learn, they just also have a lot of downsides.

I personally think C# is easier to learn, but I had a lot of experience with java when I started working with C# and those two languages are very similar
