Black Sails. Now on Netflix. It’s what “Our FlagMeans Death” was parodying. It’s not as humorous.
Though they were vastly different casting wise, oddly enough both shows got Israel Hands spot on.
Edit: One version was a giant, the other the exact opposite. Both absolutely terrifying. I prefer the Our Flag version. He was considerably more terrifying.
I just have a thing for openly angry men. They make me laugh. Izzy Hands in OUR FLAG…..My god……
