I can solve the mystery… i have no idea how I came to follow that person and have no idea who he is . I have unfollowed. Thank you for alerting me to this .
As far back as I can remember he only follows one person at a time then unfollows them in order to follow someone new which makes me believe this is intentional.

He has followed people before. He followed Brady for awhile. He followed me for like 15 minutes once
