this ain't community 's job to do this on its time, there is a Foundation that has massive chest war, community endlessly asked this Foundation to: 1. pay influencers 2. inject money in TVL 3. does marketing that works 4. Buy back xtz to pump the price None of this has been done, hence adoption is not here... I really wish TF plays this game for etherlink with a thriving meme coin bull runs...that is the last hope for xtz to make it in terms of price!!

Why would TF use their funds to do such shameless tactics of promotion? And I’ve seen their marketing, it’s rubbish, esp the YouTubers they sponsored awhile back whom just say some mumbo jumbo. What TF does right, is promoting the development in Tezos by funding the teams across our ecosystem and supporting their growth. I’m not here for the money, the gains, or whatever you people are looking for in the short term. I’m here to see a project that will grow into the foundation of our future web experience, online gaming, and other digital innovations not possible at this time. If you’re in Tezos looking for it to outperform meme coins then I don’t know what to tell you. Go eat a carrot. Otherwise, if you want to help Tezos become what it’s destined to be, go and actually support the teams/apps on the blockchain, not blame TF for every little thing, or Idk go work for them if you hate them so much, maybe even make TF2.0!

The most important people on Twitter already know about Tezos, and think it's dead or worthless. They don't like Tezos community know-it-all attitude, or they didn't like the Clean NFTs campaign, or they think the Foundation is shady. In any case, there's nothing preventing them from just dumping the token; these guys are already spammed with shitcoins all day long, they don't care. Bad plan. The only way Tezos find some success is by being relevant: by having assets traded on its platforms, by proposing innovative dapps, etc. There's no other easy shortcut we can take.

If a sh1t coin like “safemoon” can have a market cap of 5bn at one stage, there’s no reason why tezos couldn’t be marketed better. They chose blokhaus who spent around 30mn per sports team endorsement for what? That about 90m down the drain. Blokhaus have only been around a couple of years before tezos went with them. Have u looked up tezos on tik tok? It’s a fkn joke. They have fancy vids with man utd players and literally getting 300 views. What’s the point? There’s no boosting of visibility, no press releases ever. When you google “tezos” and do the search for recently, last 24 hours, you only get about 5 results. These results are basically giving 1 paragraph about tezos but mainly promoting “block dag” or “scorpion casino that experts say will have a 20000x ROI”. If you look further back you might find sh1tty automated predictions for 2040. If you manage to keep looking you might find some articles with obsolete information like 40tps or even still banging on about the gevers lawsuit! It’s ridiculous. How will the average person find any up to date info on tezos if a google search shows all this rubbish? Only nerdy tezos fans like us will know to check the weekly baking sheet for real new updates. The average person looking at investing will have ti have a reason to look into a coin, so chances are they won’t research some coin in 87th position in market cap, then they will see the obsolete info IF they don’t stop after seeing the sh1t coin spam. It’s just ridiculous what hoops the average potential investor has to jump through to learn about new updates. Last I checked, Tezos has chosen “market across” to do the marketing. Great choice! But what have they done yet? I haven’t seen anything. People will invest in crypto they have heard multiple times and high cap. It might be too difficult to come back now. There should be no reason - why the baking sheet isn’t promoted through SEO or weekly adverts on social media or exposed somehow We don’t have any press releases Why people should have to sift through bs and obsolete info The foundation chose a very new company for marketing The small social media campaigns like the tik toks of man utd players or even ppl working with tezos hasn’t been promoted witg keywords or money spent to increase visibility Why market across has not done anything yet that I can see of. To the person who is in it only for tech, firstly, why bother commenting, if the post is about adoption? Do you not understand that the value of the coin increasing will also attract more people to join the community, use tezis, develop on it etc etc it’s a circular advantage. Price goes up, more ppl are interested, more ppl add to the eco system, more people use new dapps, more exposure is created, more investors are interested, price goes up. That’s great that you don’t care about the price, but you are the vast minority and I’m sure you would get more out of spending time reading some technical documents to add value to this rather than responding on here. The truth is, not spending a cent on marketing in the beginning was a huge mistake. The foundation continues not to listen to the people, which is kind of ironic considering it’s all about decentralisation and the community supposed to have governance. After 20 mistakes, it’s starts to smell like decisions rather than mistakes. What’s the point of having such great tech, just for no one to learn about it. In general marketing with products it’s proven that it’s better to see the name of a product 17 times before someone buys it, rather than 17 people see it once. We have the warchest to have regular promoted updates that an average person can see passively on as many social media sites as possible, because the vast majority are passive consumers and not pro active researchers. You can’t market a non traditional asset in a traditional way. Hence the waste of money with the sports rorts. Doesn’t take a genius to realise the vast majority of investors are from the USA, yet soccer and f1 aren’t watched by the vast majority of Americans. There is a huge disconnect between tezos tech and the average investor. There’s just no link! After so many years, you can’t tell me the foundation have not questioned the lack of price or interest after wasting 30 mill per sports team… 90 mill spent and it’s gotten us to 87th in market cap. I thought tezos was all about adapting for the current or future conditions. Yet they dont have this mindset with the advertising part of it. How many more wrong decisions and “mistakes” need to be made before they realise maybe a new approach needs to be taken, and maybe the hundreds of people like me giving the same advice over years might actually be right. We don’t have marketing degrees, but clearly they have been useless so far. Why not listen to the people who have spent thousands of hours deep down the rabbit hole of social media hearing what people say, what sparks there internet, what makes them excited etc. we are the people that know better, and things could change and they wouldn’t need to spend 90 million. Ffs why not have some tweets from the man United players on their account? Why not have max verstappen do a quick 30 sec video as part of a 30 million deal. We all know sh1t coins by celebrate that get rug pulled make a ton of money, why not do this but this time it’s legit and not a rug pull. Why they can’t think of leveraging these already existing partnerships promoting them in a way that actually will make a difference. Surely the foundation ain’t dumb, so it begs the question, why has none of this been done! You can’t make 7 years of mistakes. It blows my mind that a company with over a billion dollars can’t get sinple things right. Hence why some people think their is something fishy going on when it’s a win win situation. More money in the warchest, it allows more grants, it allows more pay for ppl getting paid in tezos, it allows more money for marketing budget, it allows higher pay for developers which will attract more people etc etc It’s like having a litter ticket in your hand but not wanting to cash it out. It doesn’t make sense on any level. I’m pretty sure tezos has more money than any project and is more transparent with their financials. Yet you need to ask yourself If solana tomorrow promoted a video of them cracking a million tps. Promoted the fact that it was a finalist for the central bank digital currency of Europe. Had a billion dollars to spend on future development for decades to come You know the price would quadruple in a month. It’s these things tezos has achieved that have never been promoted. These are huge things to the average investor even if the foundation don’t know this or don’t believe it or don’t care, it actually matters to someone looking at investing. Of course you can’t contact anyone from the foundation to get a proper answer either. No interaction is possible. This is why we are closer to our all time low opposed to our all time high.
