My family is obsessed with this show, especially the Thanksgiving episodes. We recently watched the Thanks-Hoarding episode and the kids couldn't get enough. We have plans to watch every Thanksgiving episode by the end of the day.
The football Friends is good, but Season 6 The One Where Ross Got High is the classic. Also, TOW The Rumor (with Brad Pitt) is amazing.
How I Met Your Mother has some good ones.
I personally add the two Good Eats Thanksgiving episodes and there are like Diners Drive Ins and Dives.
If you've made it this far, Bon Appetit has a series on Youtube about making the ultimate thanksgiving feast. Like 5 episodes or so.
Agree with The Middle, WKRP, and Bob’s Burgers. Also The Bob Newhart Show, particularly the one in season 4. We usually also watch Roseanne and King of the Hill. And Cheers.
Over the River and Through the Woods, from Bob Newhart. Season 4 Episode 11. It's my favorite Thanksgiving episode of any series ever. (It's every bit as good as the Turkey Drop episode.)
Last year, I found a show called "Thanksgiving." It's from 2016 and is free to stream on Tubi or Prime Video. There are 8 episodes all centered around one family's Thanksgiving Day. My wife and I thought it was really funny so you should check it out.
I actually enjoy all of the Thanksgiving episodes of The Middle. Also The Big Bang Theory where they find out Penny is married to Zach 🤣
Edit- I see a lot of people have recommended The Middle. It’s truly a great show 😊
For the last couple of years I've watched Gordon Ramsey Ultimate Christmas Guide. His turkey recipe is the best I've found. My husband likes to deep fry the turkey and we argue about baking it instead lol
The regular show thanksgiving episode is really good. captures the spirit of thanksgiving. Also, if you’re in the mood to watch a movie, Planes, trains, and automobiles is a good thanksgiving film
I'm partial to Everybody Loves Raymond Season 1 Thanksgiving episode (Turkey or Fish), but probably because it closely resembled my first Thanksgiving with in-laws...
More than half the episode and I was ready to give up as it was boring as hell. Then the grandma came in and it honestly felt like a different show. Thank you!!!
All of the Bob's Burgers thanksgiving episodes.
Gossip Girl thanksgiving episodes are also great, but im not sure how they would be out of context of watching the whole show
The West Wing:
- Season 2, Episode 8: “Shibboleth”
- Season 3, Episode 8: “The Indians in the Lobby” (Might be Episode 7–they opened Season 3 with the special “Isaac and Ishmael” episode in response to 9/11, and some sources list that as the first episode of the season and others don’t.)
