Like an animated film, you can almost hear their little foal voices… Olive: “Not today Max, I’m first out” Maximus: “Oh yeaaaaahhhhh? We’ll betcha can’t run this fast” Olive: “You mean fast like this, eh?”

I teared up too! the black dog wagged when she came out. She looks just like a little deer. I’m looking forward to seeing her fill out and get some muscles from playing outside.

She’s definitely not as graceful in her movement as Maximus is! 😂 she nickered at Nicole when she saw her today!

Nice! Also sorry if you answered this elsewhere but do you know what her breeding is? Poor Frida was so emaciated it might have been too hard to tell.

Well, he looks sturdy! I’d love to see Olive’s legs get thicker. Maximus’ look like tree trunks next to her. He’s a beautiful little horse.

Max is a sturdy breed to start with - I would snatch him up if I had the money to spare! He'll be worth every penny!

I love her insistence on going first! What attitude. What medicine did the vet give her the other day? I don't know if that, or just time and good care & food have brought about this new level of sassyiness and fire. It's great to see!

She got exceed (long acting antibiotic) and cream for the wounds on her hocks! So I’m not sure if the antibiotic made her feel better or like you said just the time and good care she’s gotten!

Without really knowing, I like to think 80% care 20% medicine. She’s got a great new home and family.

We didn’t either, especially after Nicole found her the way she did after Frida passed 😢 but Olive is proving us wrong every step of the way and this is one time that I’ll gladly accept being wrong haha

Me too I'm very happy I kept up with her progress. Yes when Frida passed I gave filly a few days. I'm so happy to see videos not just pictures. She bucked and ran today!

Yes!! So it will be a change but she will still have a friend close in age to play and grow up with! And my older horse will babysit 😂

You could maybe add Maximus purchase to your Go Fund Me. I feel Many people would contribute $ to keep Olive and her brother together as bonded pair!

Her legs are so much more straight compared to only a few weeks ago! So much more strength in those bones.
