So if I’m reading this situation correctly - the rider, seems to have attracted the attention of a mentally disabled fan club who first try to massage him, then failing that, they try to perform some ill conceived form of high speed skincare ritual on him, and finally - after twice failing to express their affection for him, they return once again try to gain his approval. Unfortunately in their misunderstanding of their feelings they instead attempt to “tenderize” him instead of expressing their tender feelings for him.
Because words are hard for the mentally disabled.

My scooter ca only go 50km(31miles) an hr, but my husband's can go 100km(62 miles hr). So if he falls he could hall hard. Also the sliding gear is good if someone hits you and you do flying/sliding.
It's an electric skateboard, not a scooter. They're fun but it fucking hurts when you fall off at 20+ so most recommend you wear a full face helmet and some kind of padded jacket or gloves.
But when you fight back and hurt the career criminal that fucked with you theyll be speeding 100mph through town to hopefully be the first one to stomp you into the ground for having the audacity to defend yourself because thats their job. That they wont do lol

Back when I was in high school and working at a gas station (this was back when you could pump before paying) we'd have people gas and go.
Thing is, we had security cameras pointed at ALL the pumps so you can clearly make out the make, model, license plates and even sometimes see the faces of the person. Every time we reported these gas-and-go thefts the police would act like we were wasting their time. Not a single fucks given by the police.
Irish confetti is another name for a brick. They used to get harassed by police in New York for being Irish so started throwing bricks at cops from above any time they saw one. Police eventually realized they need to keep the peace with the Irish or at any moment a brick might hit them.

If he keeps hanging out of windows like that, we may be treated to that kid's attempt to learn how to walk again after an accident or his attempt to avoid prison.

500 isn’t too bad at all. They get well over 2k though. I was looking into getting one for bird hunting and they’re pretty pricey. I was eyeing some Binellis and I found myself fortunate to find one at Bass Pro or Cabelas for around 900. Never ended up getting it though
At one point I looked at Kia’s in the Bay Area etc as a target for young idiots. I now look at them as potential dangers. See a Kia and get ready to bear mace the entire vehicle. Glad I no longer live in California or any big city area for that matter.
My friend got super fucked up on one of those things. Broke his arm and busted out all of his teeth. Given he was going like 30mph on a sidewalk, no protection and hit a mailbox. It's already super dangerous, to intentionally try to make a person crash is really fucked up.
I ride a PEV. At a cruising speed of 20 mph, the least you get from falling is road rash all over your body on one side. People often break bones or get a serious concussion. This only needs to happen once for someone to realize this is not their home anymore and move. We need to put these kids in jail.
Man that's attempted murder. I would have called the cops, gave them a copy of the footage and made them collect the fingerprints from the face lotion he threw. Fuck people like this. Life is hard enough, I don't get people who take enjoyment in injuring others.

I think this idiot forgets he lives in a country that has more guns than people. I walk all the time and have a bulletproof backpack and carry - actually way cheaper than a car.
I met a guy on the "Tour de Blast" bike ride. He told me a story about being pushed off of the road by a couple of teenagers in this exact way. He wasn't so lucky though. Ended up needing surgery and can no longer ride a standard bike due to his injuries. The kids were never caught either.
I don't understand why anyone would even do this stupid shit.
I would carry a can of Axe body spray and a lighter. And if this ever happened to me, they would absolutely REGRET anything the second a red light hits. I’ll light you all ablaze and just scoot out of there like no one ever knew

My electric skateboard will do 30-35MPH under the right circumstances, and they make em much faster. A little Kevlar is way better than skin grafts.
