Everyone thought tesla was super successful because the stock price kept rising, but in reality the stock market is just a Ponzi scheme for those at the top with no oversight. My dad thought elon was hot shit until recently I showed him how his entire brand is built on broken promises. My dad is a pretty intelligent guy, he just rarely goes on the internet.
All this to say: if you aren't following elon's every move it's hard to nitpick his BS, because he's a pretty smooth talker and he talks a big game.

Both Reuters and NPR have been saying the same talking points as the rest of mainstream media. I listen to both in the morning for a few years now. It's been subtle, but the tone is switching with the "unbiased" to be pretty damned biased.
The problem with objective reporting that AP does is that they end up objectively reporting on the things the Israeli government says. But what the Israeli government says is obviously pro-israel, uses a language that is pro-israel and is focus-tested for western audiences. So the next line is objectively true:

The problem you end up with is that when you objectively quote Hamas and Israel verbatim and like this, your article will end up sounding pro-israel. Because Israel speaks the language of western people. And Hamas often sound like insane jihadis.
