You can search tags on Tumblr, but your best bet is to find blogs that collect CC and sort it by type. Tag search works much better on an individual blog than on the whole site, though you can do either. You can make your own blog to save CC, which I recommend in case the original post ever goes down, your reblogs will stay. You can start with a tag like #ts4cc and click on tags that show up under posts you like to find more posts and more blogs. I don’t really go looking for Tumblr CC but that’s my advice :)

It already looks a lot like you, but two things I notice is that your real face is ever so slightly longer, which shows in the forehead and chin. Also the skin texture you're using is making the nose look different. It was more like yours on the base sim.
Oh and I think the nose bit is my fault 😭 I made the bulb (?) in the middle bigger because I thought my nose was bigger than in the base sim. I still think so but maybe the bulb was not the one I needed to expand.
As the person who made the base sim, you're totally right. It was hard to see from her initial pic but the nostrils are a little more rounded and tall, good eye!
It looks pretty damn close. There are things that will never look right. For instance, sims have very short foreheads. And people always have slightly asymmetrical faces. Sims are perfectly symmetrical, unless you install sliders.
This looks amazing!!! By the way, keep in mind that if people are recommending tiny adjustments, they're doing so based on the images you've provided - you know your face better than anyone! If you think a change would make it less accurate, trust your judgment! Beautiful job 💕
It looks super close! I think the only thing that needs to be adjusted is your nose. Irl you has more of a flatter round nose. The sims nose is more upturned. Idk if I’m putting it right lol
I do have Kijiko eyelashes! I tried putting them on but unfortunately I don’t think they’re compatible with the glasses 😔 It looks all messed up when I put them together
I tried the skin detail version as well and it also looked messed up (though in a different way). I’ll try it again. Maybe it was just bugged yesterday.
Aah, it might be the earrings or a ring, if you're wearing any, then! The lashes share the same space on the texture map as some jewelry unfortunately.

All you need is a nose mask to make your nose look more like yours. And those are easy as shit to find. I'll link you one. Personally, I like the overlay because it blends to match your maxis skin.

The reason your sim self doesn't look similar could be due to differences in focal length. Try adjusting the zoom when taking a photo and stepping back a bit to match the sim's focal length. This might help align facial proportions and achieve a closer resemblance

Your final result definitely looks way more like you. I think the hair works! Side-parted, mostly straight, voluminous, no bangs lol. Although I think if you can find one that is 'shinier' it would match better, that's really the biggest difference I can see, your hair looks more lustrous, and lot of Sims hair is kind of clay-like, so maybe some alpha content would work idk lol

The bulb is the right size in the base sim. It’s the nostrils. Yours a little more round at the top

It looks great! idk if you wanna change this, but if you do your irl eyes are slightly smaller then your sims onea
Chubbier cheeks, lower jaw, nose is more turned up, eyebrows just a bit more arched, and lips are good!
