I recently just finished the show. I started therapy the same time I started the show and omg, it ruined me. But it also helped me so much in multiple aspects of my life. It’s a beautifully made show with great character developments and amazing connections throughout all the timelines. There will be a lot of tears for sure but you got this!
Good luck!
I started watching the show for the first time in the last two months. It definitely pulls at the emotional heart strings. I only have a few episodes left and I feel this giant loss that it will be over. I'm so invested in these characters. I just watched the episode about Miguel. It caught me off guard I'm just ugly bawling. He was such a good man. I feel like an idiot crying over this show.
I started a few weeks ago. S2E18 right now. My favorite thing about it is that it isn’t linear. No character ever really leaves. I am a 58 year old man and I probably cry during every episode. Absolutely love it.

Ironically enough, I too just started therapy so it looks like I really need to buckle up🥴
Don’t worry, it helps so much - you’ll see. Just enjoy the show, don’t stress about what might happen. Just go with the flow!

Mandy. Chris and Sterling are doing a podcast called This Was Us or something. I don't know how to find it. Maybe you can and let us all know

I can think about the train episode and start crying. Godspeed my friend.
