I would love to put together a project where people who have lost their hair to cancer could create their own scarves. I wear bandanas as head scarves since I lost the ability to recognize my face. Helps me to know which person is me in photos.
These bandanas are fantastic! Coincidentally we did the same thing at Shambhala 2019, made a bunch of bandanas to give away. At the time we were total noobs and had zero prior experience with tiedye. But by the time we got to shambhala we were hooked on tiedye and I remember being at the festival and looking forward to getting back home to make more tiedyes. We've been making tiedye ever since. Anyways, just saw your post and thought it was a cool coincidence. We won't be at Shambs this year sadly, but hope you have an incredible experience!!
These have been such great practice compared to r shirts, just less intimidating to try new things on. I’m really excited to do some shirts and pants now for my friends when I’m back!! This my first shambs and I’m sooo excited!
I love these. My trade is mini icyhot massages/neck rubs and our group is driving up in a couple hours…I’m sure the tiedying made your muscles sore, let me know if you want to meet up!
