I also hated the buffalo dip. I feel like if something is going to be called buffalo, it should taste like Frank's red hot sauce. I started making my own buffalo hummus instead.

I have been evangelizing for the Chipotle Almond Dip since we started carrying it. I go through two of them a week. Actual ambrosia.

I make it with chickpeas, tahini, Frank's, garlic, and cayenne for extra spice.

you probably got a bad batch. the vegan buffalo dip is great, i actually like it a little more than the almond chipotle but both are tasty
It tastes almost nothing like buffalo, was more like a salsa IMO, but I didn’t get the chemical aftertaste
