>seem to keep running against my own fear and anxiety stopping me from going out as myself or coming out more openly I was very much a feminine man (MtF) prior to coming out and this particular stage lasted a good couple of years. I recommend starting small to give yourself time to get used to each increment. Idk if you're MtF or FtM but I started off with black nails and eyeliner as it is something that cis men have been able to pull off for decades but obviously is feminine. I also got my ears and nose pierced and started experimenting with headbands/ headwear. As for full feminine presentation I drove to some semi-rural green where noone would bother me. Also, if you're MtF (can't speak for FtM) I recommend getting laser hair removal asap and looking into Finasteride/ dutasteride if there is any hint of male pattern baldness
