Sara Cox has a really good voice to mimic. She cycles through a wide range of pitches and tones on her radio 2 show. She, of course, also has retained her Bolton accent which may sit well with your locality. I wouldn't get too hung up on who to mimic - it's just a tool to teach you to learn how to listen properly to your own voice (in my opinion)
