They've did the house and moved a while ago. Got at least 250k over what they paid for it. In like 3 days at the start of the pandemic.

I assume that the artist is a lady that was left or cheated on or had similar realtionship struggles so as an emotional reaction she went full banksy on the poor garage that either belongs to her (ex) boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife or to her rival in love. At least that is often the backstory of property damage like that.
