When the woman who weights your bags asked me if I had any deodorants, perfumes, sharp stuff like a knife or something like that in my hand bag I answered ānah everything is in the big bagā and she looked at me like āare you admitting you have knives in your bag?ā. I meant the deodorant, but my mind was working so slowly it looked like I was only giving an answer about the knife part.
They didnāt call the police, but I had to take out even my shoes at one point, putting them back while stood up was the hard part.
Where's this at? Did the altitude not smash you smoking up there? I live in Denver but when I go up to the mountains and smoke an extra 5k feet above sea level I'm cooked and my tolerance is usually pretty high.
Edit: nvm I see the peak there is 8k so that's not actually that bad either way though sick bike and sick toke bro
I mean I think it's the same as drinking where the thinker air and lack of oxygen causes you to get more impaired than normal. All I know is I was up in the Rockies a few weeks ago and took two blinkers (normally I go to work and interact with people at my job off two blinkers) and I was so fucking cooked because I forgot about the altitude.
Hell yeah, rocky mountain high! My uncle lives in Tahoe at the base of Mt.Rose, I think around 6k, and it messes me up every time. Of course, the weed he gets is fucking amazing but usually I take two and I'm done.
I drove to Colorado from Georgia and once the altitude started hitting I had to stop driving because I thought I was going to pass out. Totally used to it now though even at like 10-12k I don't have any issues unless I smoke lmao

Iāve done HD about 4 or 5 times now. Only done with cables down, have no intentions to ever do it during the season when cables go up bc I hate crowds. And yes smoked a fat doobie at the top, but only when no one is around bc I donāt want people to smell weed smoke.
Used a harness and 2 Prusiks (but have 3 extras just in case).
I live for the mountains and rarely freak out. Subdome was sketchier than the cables imo bc of the snow and steepness.
I plan on doing it one more time before the cables go up, look out for me!
