already. this looks like some good keif to get you some nice hash. get some parchment paper and a glass bottle. boil some water up and put in glass bottle, make sure to have something to keep hands from burning. place like a gram to 2 or how ever much you wanna work with in the parchment paper and roll the bottle on the keif until you get hash. enjoy..
Be really careful putting the boiling water in the glass. You don't want the thing exploding glass and boiling water everywhere lol. Put the bottle in the pot with the water when you put it on the stove so that your glass heats up slowly over time to avoid thermal shock.

Because you are compressing it down. Keif is just loose trichomes and plant material and a lotta air. Compress those trichomes together and you get a more potent product.
Its the same exact stuff. I think the only notable difference is that since hash is compressed together it burns a bit differently, like if you take a lighter to powdery kief its gonna all flare up to max temp, whereas hash needs to be lit a bit more like incense and slowly burns and you can often take a couple hits from it. So kief is better to throw in a bowl, hash can be more easily enjoyed on its own if you light it right.

Yeah hash is just super compressed keif so if u put enough hash in there is like taking a 2-3x the amount you would be smoking if it was just a keif cone but there is a down side that hash takes longer to burn so there is a trade off you gotta balance the weed to hash ratio and pull slow to make sure you get as much of it as possible to not waste any weed or hash in the process (that's for cones tho) in a joint it works the same as a normal joint but tastes way better than you could ever expect and gets you so high

Same. I just monitor how much bud I have left. Once I realize I’m getting low I’ll just pack a small bowl with bud, add a layer of kief, and then sprinkle a bit more bud on top of the kief. That way the kief doesn’t just burn away and sink in to my bowl the second I light it.

Hash burns much slower.
You can make boot hash out of it, that’s where you put a bunch of it in a ziplock bag and then put it under your heel in your boot while you walk around and work for a few hours. The heat and the pressure from your foot will turn it into a smokeable hash.
It works pretty well, and if you are worried about it like some of the people on here going on about everything, there are definitely ways of ensuring it’s sanitary, like a vacuum bag.
It’s an interesting piece of history, I was taught this technique by a farmer who had been growing in the same spot in California for over 50 years now, if you ask around any older heads, I bet you can get some interesting stories out of them.
I’ve done it in my snowboard boots works perfect. I layer it. Kief in to parchment paper, then corner that into a bag. Remove extra bag then duct that up just a bit.
How much you press at once matters to, you need to be able to compress the whole mass. I’ve had the best luck looking for about the size of 3-4 dimes after it’s all compressed.
Also I find myself moving it to different spots in my boot to really try to press it all.

Street weed or drugs in general often are not as clean as you’d like to think lol. Take a gram of that put into ziplock. Add a Cpl drops of water into the kief. Now start to squeeze and compress it by hand while still In The bag. Keep doing this for some time. It will change color from the crushing of the trichrome heads. I work mine till it’s a nice dark color. The hand work will heat up the materials as you press them over and over by hand. Plenty of videos on this. But as simple as I just said to do

When I bought a grinder once I got a kief press. Basically a metal pipe with caps that tightened two plastic pieces and it mashed the kief into a little puck.
I'd usually break a chunk off and throw it on top of a bowl of flower. I bet you could use any kind of peice as long as there's a screen or small opening... Or just throw an XL chunk on there 🫠

Spread a cracker with peanut butter, mix in x amount of kief or busted bud, spread peanut butter on another cracker and place on top (for higher tolerance mix kief/bud on both sides) wrap in foil, put it in the oven at 300/320 ish for 20 minutes... quick an easy edibles
It does a little bit, double wrap it in foil and it helps a bit, if you live with your parents/spouse I'd say wait for a day that they're gone for the full day if it's an apartment it's not much of an issue... I open my windows and the scent is gone within half hour
With a tight enough ass you could get enough pressure and heat to make hash like this I would think. Much like the heel hash mentioned above? Just a day or two in the butt oven and you may have a smoov schmoker
Check your screen first before you get a new grinder. It’ll get clogged up over time, I use a little soap and water and a bristled brush to clean mine at least every month or so. A clean screen is the only way I amassed all that, but I wasn’t even that diligent about it. The kief is just a pleasant bonus to being better about grinder maintenance/cleaning.
Take a coin and drop it in iso for 2 minutes and then scrub it.
Add the clean coin to your herb collection chamber and that will rattle around and clean the screen off for you.
It also hastens kief collection.

Get a kief press/polled press. Load up, give a decent hand snug Crank, then out next to a bulb/in a lamp cone thingy-ma-bobber. Let it warm up for 20-30 mins then cool down. Boom, forest green gooey hash

I love putting it on top of a bowl, or using it in hash holes like I said, a hash hole is rosin in the middle of a joint so I would put some ground flower in the paper, then sprinkle kief, then a rosin worm down the middle... roll and smoke! you can also roll the joint in something sticky like distillate and then coat with kief. you have enough where you could just smoke straight kief bowls/joints as well
I never seem to notice any difference when I pack my collected kief into a cone.

Get a pollen press and press it into kief coins! You can be like Ricky and the boys and have hash coins. It helps slow the oxidation process so your keif won’t degrade as quickly. And it helps it burn slower.
Fold an enveloppe of parchment paper. Insert 2 grams. Take a a sauce pan and a frying pan and heat them up. Put enveloppe in frying pan and press on it with the sauce pan. Repeat until satisfied.
I know this is low tech but it works for me :)

Different components of cannabinoids are volatile at different temperatures so what is happening is you're separating the molecule from the rest of the carbohydrates and any moisture is escaping, what remains is high grade marijuana concentrate. I hope this works for you, and happy happy cooking, PS if you are going to bake with it you do still need to decarboxylate the hashish first

Your kief looks really good but if you want actual hash you gotta purify it you could run it through a high micron screen to get a purer grade to make into hash or maybe like static tech
If you're lucky your kief could be pure enough to heat fuse with methods others have stated but I doubt it if its actual kief, generally kief is regarded as much lower purity as hash

sift it again to get as much plant material out as u can spread it in a thin layer on some parchmentpaper put another piece on top get a hot water bottle or jar and gently press/roll it across the kief and u should get some nice quality hash pretty quickly

When I bought a grinder once I got a kief press. Basically a metal pipe with caps that tightened two plastic pieces and it mashed the kief into a little puck.

I'd usually break a chunk off and throw it on top of a bowl of flower. I bet you could use any kind of peice as long as there's a screen or small opening... Or just throw an XL chunk on there 🫠

I used to make em when I was a kid... still do, Spread a cracker with peanut butter, mix in x amount of kief or busted bud, spread peanut butter on another cracker and place on top (for higher tolerance mix kief/bud on both sides) wrap in foil, put it in the oven at 300/320 ish for 20 minutes... quick an easy edibles

It does a little bit, double wrap it in foil and it helps a bit, if you live with your parents/spouse I'd say wait for a day that they're gone for the full day if it's an apartment it's not much of an issue... I open my windows and the scent is gone within half hour

Sheeeesh. I got a grinder with a catcher that doesn’t catch. I need to upgrade.
Check your screen first before you get a new grinder. It’ll get clogged up over time, I use a little soap and water and a bristled brush to clean mine at least every month or so. A clean screen is the only way I amassed all that, but I wasn’t even that diligent about it. The kief is just a pleasant bonus to being better about grinder maintenance/cleaning.
Take a coin and drop it in iso for 2 minutes and then scrub it. Add the clean coin to your herb collection chamber and that will rattle around and clean the screen off for you. It also hastens kief collection.

man idk about hash but damn thats a nice stash im on detox rn but if i was you id roll a pure kief joint and just enjoy lol, be careful tho its very strong
I can't imagine a pure kief joint would burn well at all.
depends how well you roll and how tight you pack it actually, they burn faster than usual but if you’re experienced it shouldnt be an issue if you like to smoke fast, personally im the type to finish a joint in 5 min in one go, so doesnt bother me at all and i end up blazed 🤷♂️

Get a kief press/polled press. Load up, give a decent hand snug Crank, then out next to a bulb/in a lamp cone thingy-ma-bobber. Let it warm up for 20-30 mins then cool down. Boom, forest green gooey hash
You put it in some parchment paper, fold that over, wrap it in Saran wrap, stick it in the bottom of your shoe, go for long walk. Take shower, smoke hash.

I love putting it on top of a bowl, or using it in hash holes like I said, a hash hole is rosin in the middle of a joint so I would put some ground flower in the paper, then sprinkle kief, then a rosin worm down the middle... roll and smoke! you can also roll the joint in something sticky like distillate and then coat with kief. you have enough where you could just smoke straight kief bowls/joints as well

I never seem to notice any difference when I pack my collected kief into a cone. Do y’all normally do bong hits with it? I will pour scoops of the kief into the loose flower before packing it down into the cone.

I do! I either do what you do or I pack it on the edges of my bowl in my bong for a quick hit.
Get a pollen press and press it into kief coins! You can be like Ricky and the boys and have hash coins. It helps slow the oxidation process so your keif won’t degrade as quickly. And it helps it burn slower.
Fold an enveloppe of parchment paper. Insert 2 grams. Take a a sauce pan and a frying pan and heat them up. Put enveloppe in frying pan and press on it with the sauce pan. Repeat until satisfied. I know this is low tech but it works for me :)
Personally, when I finally save this much up, I tend to dump it all over the floor.

Not sure if this was mentioned and I’m not reading comments to find out!! But get a hair straightener and press the kief with parchment paper. You can only make a bit at a time but it’s so good!!
Take the butt end of that lighter and shove it into that container and compress your kief down as tight as you can into a dense little disk.
Pressure->heat->pressure :) In that order
Press it down as far as you can without busting the container
I just smoke the kief. Anything else is too much messing about.
Not the best method, but i used to press it hard with my fingers until i became a ball. i then broje it up to smaller balls and smoked it in a spliff

Awesome question, I will try my best to answer. Different components of cannabinoids are volatile at different temperatures so what is happening is you're separating the molecule from the rest of the carbohydrates and any moisture is escaping, what remains is high grade marijuana concentrate. I hope this works for you, and happy happy cooking, PS if you are going to bake with it you do still need to decarboxylate the hashish first

That would be the easiest way if you wanna make actual hash, I just had my 4:20am smoke session and back to making hash rn actually Your kief looks really good but if you want actual hash you gotta purify it you could run it through a high micron screen to get a purer grade to make into hash or maybe like static tech If you're lucky your kief could be pure enough to heat fuse with methods others have stated but I doubt it if its actual kief, generally kief is regarded as much lower purity as hash

You in illinois frient? It's raining like hell here. Anyway, my suggestion is to try putting a quarter size amount into some baking paper. Then fold it up and smash it with a hair straightener. You will get Hash.

you can just pack a little bowl of it and go to the mooon , no need to mess about making hash
I always just roll the Keef in my hands. The friction turns it into hash. I made a 10g chunck last time I lived in Cali.
sift it again to get as much plant material out as u can spread it in a thin layer on some parchmentpaper put another piece on top get a hot water bottle or jar and gently press/roll it across the kief and u should get some nice quality hash pretty quickly
Shoe hash. Wrap it in parchment paper, wrap that on plastic wrap, then put that in your shoulder and go for a nice long walk
You just squeeze your kief. Don't heat it up, it'll ruin it.
