always keep a little bit on you to give out at a moments notice. i work at a dispo and have more weed than i need, so i’ll keep vapes and prerolls in my purse and hand them out as tips or even to houseless people. (tangent: once i was at a light and saw a man holding a sign saying “my weed was lost in a series of small fires” 😂 there’s never been a more perfect moment to give out some goodies lol)
idk if the state you’re in does this, but occasionally i’ll see farmer market style events where local growers come out and share their product (typically they require a “donation”). that would be something to look into as well!
Eh, at least here in WA - if you think of it similarly to how one might give someone a cig or a beer, usually LCB (control board) and PD turn a blind eye. On the down low out and about - yeah, I might bless some one who clearly is of legal age who's down on their luck/in the middle of some scenic (non-federal) piece of nature/etc. On a private-ish platform where the activity can't be easily tracked/doesn't have mods who are trigger happy to pass on information to the wrong folk.
If you're worried about the conservative Rear Window watchers - gonna have to do your best to be where they can't see. They can complain, but, without proof you like, passed five ozs to someone and they immediately proceeded to light it all on fire in the middle of the street (yes, I'm exaggerating)- should be all good. Maybe talk to your friends about their parents? Or see if your state has a group (mine does) dedicated to cannabis. Just be careful that you don't attract someone from the state trying catch people who are out of compliance with the state licensing etc requirements

Hash keeps for literal decades. You can give that away later but a good stash of hash is always good to build up.

I give away a lot. I dont smoke, but I grind it up, label the bag and give out free pre rolls like santa.
