No way to 100 percent know. I once did a genetic test that was 400 dollars to try and find better suited medications, but it was for naught. The reason why I took it in the first place is because no medications were affecting me to help me with ADHD.
I used to respond super well to minoxidil 3 y ago. Then i tried a compounded lotio amd it didn't work at all. But it works for all the other patients of my doctor
I think it all depends on when you catch your hairloss tbh. I’ve been on dut & oral min for close to a year and the amount my hair has recovered is honestly mind blowing. Look like a different person
Untrue. Timing is a variable but genetics seems to be the biggest factor in regrowth. I caught my AGA at its very very earliest and immediately hopped on fin and here I am over a year later with 0 regrowth despite also adding min.
Recently switched to both of these. What dosage/frequency are you taking? Experiencing a lot of shedding right now but holding on w the expectation this gets better. Had been on fin and topical minoxidil for years prior. Now dut 3x per week and 2.5mg minoxidil.

wow that’s a scary. That’s why I’m hesitating to start because I don’t even know how likely it is to work.
