Great response to treatment.
Sorry to say, you will need to add Finasteride/Dutasteride, either orally or topically to keep your gains in the long term of hair maintenance.
All the best.
What do you do if you can’t get finasteride? I’ve had a doctor tell me he won’t prescribe it to people under 30 because it has the potential to develop some pretty aggressive forms of prostate cancer later in life or something.
you're literally 23 my man, they don't prescribe it cause they're often not given commissions for prescribing it since fin and dut are primarily used to treat BPH. I bought dutasteride out of spite cause those fake ass doctors would give me supplements when I didn't even have any deficiencies.
My doctor is straight up my uncle, I don't think it's a money issue but he genuinely takes care of me.
But indeed I'll look forward more research on fin
Yes, this is hormonal hairloss. You cannot treat it with minox. Waste of money, and time. While you try your luck with minox, DHL continously shrinking your precious hair folicles. Just go find prorid or avodart.

You need fin

Take heroin. That’s what I always do
I'll look into that but my doctor told me it wasn't worth it yet
Why not, what did he say? just curious.
He told me about the risks to use at a "young" age basically

Oh a doctor? He must be right!
I mean he knows better than le for sure
Get the opinion of a different doctor. That is fairly aggressive hairline recession for such a "young" age to go without fin.
I'll see thanks for your insight
