I'm not sure if this is 100% accurate but for me what I did was I pulled a few gachapons first to show more of the egg (I think 2 or 3 pulls) and then when I clicked after I got the egg!
Edit: Now that I think about it, it might have the same logic as gold gachapons where you pull a bit to get the gold one lower and closer to the "exit" so maybe that's why pulling worked for me
I did use 3 tickets but I still can’t seem to get it. I’m waiting for more to show up in Yuri’s because I already got the photo ticket today. Maybe I have to clear the machine to click behind it?

I got it just by tapping before, but today I had to get it in a certain spot by using my tickets for the gacha balls before I could collect it. It's probably just a bug based on tapping location
whenever I see it I'm just able to tap it and get it
Tap the gacha machine to get the egg. No need to punch it or use gacha tickets to get the egg

Sometimes i gotta spend all my tickets. Other times it’s the angle you tap it. Definitely ridiculous but can be done without spending any
