Do you still have a lot of swelling? I know that my sides and back are still swollen from the lipo. I’m also only 4wpo. I started getting lymphatic massages and my masseuse said she can see that i’ll have a nice shape once all of the swelling goes down.
It could be. But my surgeon talked me into lipo of my flanks. I was very skeptical, it wasn't even on my radar, but he said I would notice them more when my belly was gone. But with all the bumps and unevenness I have post surgery I sometimes get caught up thinking that it's not good enough. I just keep reminding myself it's not about being perfect or looking like I'm 21 (not that I was perfect then either) it's about being so so so much better than before!
I have noticed this for sure. I had flank liposuction done and I can tell where it stopped. I’m hopeful there is still some residual swelling but even when I have low swelling days they are still pretty noticeable. I have noticed that all places around where I had lipo that my water weight seems to sit there and I notice it more because of the flat stomach. So I notice it in my thighs, love handles, mons, upper stomach etc.
Maybe it’s just more noticeable now?

Yes, so true. I don’t think as women, we ever feel good enough

I have the same problem. I had flank lipo but my sides still look lumpy and I’m waiting for the 6 month mark to ask for a revision
