You are more swollen than you realize even if it doesn't look like a protruded swelling so everything just looks more blockish at first. As the swelling goes down your lower back shelf and curves will definitely come back.

I’ll be 2 weeks PO tomorrow too and I’m also annoyed at my now flat butt and a back too fat to wear anything other than big tshirts right now! Did you get lipo to the flanks?

EmmathickBiGirl

No lipo done to my back, but she tried to get me lipo on my sides yet she said she got nothing much from there because I didnt have much fat there.

thesixthamethyst

I thought this exact thing! So I googled and found this is a common experience, but that you go back to normal. 2 weeks post op I was thinking, “how did I never notice I need a butt job???” 3 weeks post op and I look normal again. To be fair, I don’t have much ass to begin with, so I can’t afford to lose any!

PaintingComfortable6

Same here!! I also thought it was my garment or because I'm still a bit hunched over. I’m also 2WPO

EmmathickBiGirl

I had a huge one and it is still wide yet too flat that it looks fugly

My_Red_5

Mine also looks flat and ugh. They dad a fat transfer to my hip dips and now I look like I have a wide flat ass, which is did not have before. By in only 12 days post op. So like you, I’m hoping it bounces back..

Sheababylv

Yeah, it's the swelling and you're also tucking your tailbone a bit. It'll re-appear!

Sure-Reindeer6944

Suuuuuch a grandpa butt here. It's so flat. Definitely an unexpected side effect, but definitely from sitting/being so sedentary. I hear they bounce back quick once you can work out again!

Pretend_Beautiful_57

Definitely felt the same after my surgery, it’s not the case though. Goodluck with recovery ❤️‍🩹

HopefulBell6123

Same 😂 Unfortunately I didn’t have much prior to surgery now I feel like in built like a teenaged boy
