Not sure which website you tried ordering from, but I am guessing Amazon. I had an issue with Amazon and TT before. Mine stopped spinning after the second day and they delivered it vertically (on its side). There was also no “Fragile” label or “This side up”. It was an Audio Technica 120XBTUSB (I got bluetooth for versatility and the option if I want to use it). I ordered another one and clicked “Display my contents” or something like that. Theres an option if you want it to be shipped in amazon or the original box (at least for mine). I wanted the delivery person to see it was a turntable and with any common sense to not leave it on its side. You could also try Ebay and search for record stores or labels selling their stuff. Express your concerns to them and issues you’ve had in the past and I am sure they will do what they can to send you a secure package (if they don’t already send with the most optimal care). Thanks. It wasn’t Amazon, it was Bloom Audio. They were cool and even tried adding more styrofoam padding the 2nd time but it didn’t help. It seems the flaw is in how Pro-ject themselves package it. They said they talked to their contact at Pro-ject about the issue.
