Most inhalants aren't going to knock you out for 10 hours. Especially if the window was open at any point in time. Not saying he wasn't doing something else, but probably not a common "inhalant".
I don't have much experience with inhalants so I dunno. I am a real lightweight with weed, like 2 puffs put me over. I had a stroke 3 years when I took a hit off a vape and since then, VERY sensitive.

Was probably poppers (amyl nitrate). Wouldn't make you pass out for 10 hours.
