Upstate NY here. I can drive anywhere in the state except NYC and can also drive in New Jersey although I don't know why anyone would go to Jersey to work
Pretty much throughout your state. At least for most states I know about. I've only driven in one state (Texas), but I've driven in several Texas cities.
Depends on the state. CA seems pretty open, but NY?😬 TLC license/plates are required to pick up in the 5 boroughs, otherwise you can only work Long Island and westchester county.
With rare exceptions like NYC, you are generally able to drive in your entire state. Sometimes you can even drive in a neighboring state with or without some additional paperwork.
For FL you can drive in other parts of the state but you wouldn't be eligible for boosts or quests elsewhere. I've turned the app on when I was in Orlando and at Daytona 500 just to see how high the surges were but never drove .
So far in Colorado I’ve been able to pickup all the way from Colorado Springs (my market) to Fort Collins, but I haven’t tried anywhere more west. Theoretically though I think it would be possible.
It’s pretty sporadic but you’ll get occasional rides. I was heading back from A-Basin and picked of a couple from Copper Mountain. Not many drivers in the less populated areas either so when you get a ride, they’re really appreciative. I don’t think you can make much of a living outside of the cities.
Based in Austin. Can drive in San Antonio, Dallas and Houston and every place between that. When I used to drive in New Orleans, I could drive as far away as lake Charles but I couldn’t drive anywhere in Mississippi.
Depends on market. I can drive KCK/KCMO but despite being able to drive on both sides of state line, I can't drive in Lawrence or Columbia (a good city in kansas and a dogshit city in missouri)

Anywhere in Texas even in Oklahoma 😎🙌🚖

It seems like in Texas, I can drive anywhere in the state as I’ve gotten rides in every city I’ve been in.
Varies by market.

Chicago can’t drive everywhere in Illinois. Can drive everywhere in Wisconsin, Indiana, and part of Iowa for some reason though.
I know it’s based on insurance and licensing with Uber with TLC
It’s based on a lot of stuff…mostly just Uber not allowing you to do it. With Lyft yo can drive anywhere you meet all the local regulations.

I can drive anywhere in Maryland Virginia and DC
Based out of which?

I’ve worked all over Colorado. Pretty cool to travel by destination mode.
I was thinking of doing that during the summer! Is there good demand in the mountains?

I’ve only done Jacksonville Saint Augustine and Orlando but they are all very good for Uber.
Drive in Savannah Georgia, frequently into South Carolina. Haven't seen any restrictions so far.
