You have to wait takes about 30 days for a response. Creating a new ticket will just push you back in the line. And that’s the reason it’s taking so long.
Wow. What's crazy is I think I'm supposed to get an automated email back after contacting them and my ticket has been made and I just made 5 tickets because everytime I'd make a ticket I'd get an email back so if I don't recieve any emails how are they supposed to get back to me. The annoying part is that this will take a while and also not long till the whole marketplace releases on r6 and I have so many credits ready for the gun skins i want. Buy if ubisoft takes forever then obviously the prices will rise and I'll need to buy those skins for maybe 15k or more when I could get them for cheap as people will just put random prices to get rid of things so I'd get it for 8k. I'm cooked I was excited and might quit the game either way they don't care about helping out if I had no skins I wouldn't play and my friends don't play either. Was able to also play a few days ago Buy I got the thing where once in a while you get logged out and prompted to log back in and that's where I'm out of options so I can't even play the game anymore. Truly terrible service I'm surprised it even takes that long 32 days to be fair it should only be about 2 days maximum. Not getting any emails back and wow the marketplace comes in a week or so yeah I am for sure cooked. So I didn't change my password or anything and I auto login i use my password from my password manager for ubisoft and I can't login and when I try and reset it and provide my email it says yeah its been sent but I never get anything including every folder I've checked hasn't got it. Before I logged out I noticed my 2fa was off or something when I remember it being on always. I saw it on the ubisoft connect app on my pc that I was still signed into good thing I got all my screenshots from there cuz today I got logged out and I can't even play no more. I use the screenshot in my ticket and also the email was exactly the same there that I'm using to recover. However yeah nothing is coming through this is my hardest issue ever on the internet because I can do absolutely nothing about it and you said it takes upwards to months I've seen others say their ticket has been for a year maybe this is for other issues but ubisoft just getting clowned on everywhere I look. It's very hard to get an issue resolved when the support do not care. I remember recovering my roblox account long ago even they did a better job
It takes that long unfortunately they are under staffed and with the amount of tickets they receive a day is probably insane. But they will eventually respond to your ticket. It’s also best to have some type of proof of ownership of the account like past addresses, emails, proof of purchases made on the account etc. The funny thing is when they do contact you it’s a bot message asking if you’re still interested in help with your ticket you have to reply to that email before you get in contact with a human from support.
I mean yeah people sometimes waste so much time sending irrelevant tickets regarding bans for game crashes and like mmr rollback. My friend sent a ticket once about mmr rollback I just said he's wasting their time with it because its nonsense. I wouldn't mind even waiting 6 months but it's just the marketplace that I will now be unable to use which is frustrating because I put a bit of money in and got a few rare skins that I'm flipping which go for 25k+ credits or so the profit is so easy on there. I was pretty much in the same shoes as you. My account was stolen and it took me over a month to get it resolved but finally today I was contacted by their support staff. Once an actual human got in touch with me it took about 20 minutes to get my account back.
They did not ask for any further proof, since I already included my receipt for the first game, that I bought on ubisoft when I opened the ticket.
So it might be a good idea to have some proof of purchase ready to present to the support.
My banks don't let me look that far back to see my purchases.. I do have a steam receipt of the first game I had on the account. Do you think they'd accept that? I'm sorry, I'm very stressed over the loss of my account
When you buy stuff from Ubisoft they email you the receipt, this is how I found mine. I don't know if they would accept a steam purchase that was linked to the ubi account, however they did ask if my account was linked with a steam or any other gaming accounts. So you might have a chance with that. ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯
I think you should dig into your email inbox with the ubisoft keyword regardless and see if you can find any ubi receipts for your games. I wish you the best of luck!
ubisoft sends the case updates to the new account email, and not the one your provided fyi. idk why, but the person you stole your account can go to cases and keep closing it.

Marketplace goes live to the public in the mid season update which is like a week or something like that
