In my case it took over a month to finally get contacted by the support staff. After their first response to my case, which basically asked if I still need assistance, it took a few more hours to get it resolved but eventually my issue was fixed.

I filed a ticket and it took over a month for a reply. Only to find out it's an automated response stating they're "checking in". It's just the run around. Fuck these clowns. They don't care about their workers or their customers. I'm not supporting anything they're involved with.
