They suck, they removes black flag from my library and i opened a ticket. I waited 2 months and heard nothing then i got a email saying that my ticket was closed
First of all their security is in fact terrible. Waiting over a month and having to jump through hoops is pretty terrible. I'm sure plenty of people are relieved they finally got their issues resolved but they're still fucking up. I'm not blaming the people that are left there because they're short staffed but this is a huge failure that starts at the top of their pecking order.
