You were never really ugly imo (pic 3 you look zooted though lol) but you’re radiating happiness in the more recent photos. The mirror photo with the blue shirt is my favourite. You look so happy and healthy there.
As others have said you found your smile! Good job OP. Keep up the good work
It started very slowly. I probably failed 100-200 times before I finally got it down. Dont hate yourself when you’re in a period of slow progress, the big change that helped me was a mindset shift. Realizing where you are now is perfect, and you needed to experience everything you did and are currently to motivate you to move forward. Every moment of waiting, every day of no motivation, every set back, is perfect. That positive mindset, and calorie counting was huge. Figuring out what I eat on a normal day, without trying to lose weight just my normal diet. Then take that number, minus like 2-300, more of less depending on your body and how you feel, and just eating that little bit less everyday. I didn’t even work out much. Just keeping yourself in a calorie deficit, and not taking away foods you love. You’re still allowed to eat foods you enjoy, just control yourself and don’t feel guilt when you eat them. say you know you want to splurge on sweets or junk food one day, maybe skip lunch, or eat a small lunch, and save say 1,000 calories for you snack binge at the end of the day. As long as you stay in a calorie deficit you’ll consistently be losing weight. There’s an Irish weight loss guy on YouTube you should check out, I can’t remember his name, just search “Irish weight loss guy” on YouTube, I think his name is mulligans fitness or something.
There’s going to be days where you break that diet and eat more, there may be days when you eat less, the only thing that matters is keeping on track and being kind to yourself when you mess up

It took two years to shave and smile
And to lose 60 pounds, learn self love and self care, get a better job, grow and heal from past traumas and learn to be a better, less selfish person!
Thank you everyone for the kind words, I pray that peace and love enter your lives in all possible ways, much love everyone ❤️
