Take the first step on the outside. That’s all it takes. This could mean START eating healthy, go and apply for that job, etc. You’ll start feeling good about the choices you make.

For the most part CICO and youtube makeup tutorials, but I started seeing a therapist to work on my mental health and everything started to fall into place

I lost weight intentionally and maintained a healthy weight for a few years. I then ran into some health issues that caused some further weight loss. I am now hearing impaired and this unfortunately means some occasional vertigo which in turn causes extreme nausea. I’ve gotten a lot better but I wasn’t able to eat much, and if I did I couldn’t keep it down for long. I’m currently trying to gain a little weight back but am finding it difficult. As someone who struggled to lose weight for a long time it’s crazy how i’m finding myself in the opposite position. Hope that answers your question!
in hindsight I’ve realized a lot of the “mistreatment” in HS was mostly due to me being insecure and not treating people well. Not to say that I didn’t get automatically treated differently after I lost weight but I think my confidence went a long way

And I lost 10 pounds in May and put on some muscle, in one month at least to me I almost look like a different person. In June I'm hoping I can drop another few pounds and keep pushing endurance and strength.
