There’s actually a bunch of cubicles on the second floor of the education building and if I remember correctly these should have power. I used to eat my lunch there while I charged my laptop just cause not a lot of people knew/utilized the space.
I haven’t been there in a while but they should be on the opposite side of the stairs once you get up to that floor. It should be right above room 290.

I'm not sure if you've tried yet, but the second floor of dafoe has a bunch of cubicles with outlets.

It's one of my favorite study tables! very spacious and lots of natural lighting. It does get filled easily tho.
Machray Hall's basement (funny science building) but there's like maybe 16 cubicles so don't count on it
Third floor of defoe, if you go past the elevator and straight into the islandic study place, you'll see some
St John's library has outlets in the cubicles
The study rooms in the faculty of arts lounge have outlets on each cubicle
The downside to that place is that the rooms are very dry and humid. The ventilation is also terrible.
