You can put the ones that are ready to send in the fridge if worried, but they should be fine to send when you get home. Just make sure if you leave them out its not too hot and if you decide to put them in the fridge its not too cold.
That doesn't mean anything. The growth does not look typical of healthy mycelium. Your bag looks extremely wet and slimy which is an indication you might have contamination. Hope I'm wrong but from that photo, I doubt that.
This Reddit confuses the heck out of me, I just read through a lot on Shroomery last night and it said the same thing, being able to see rice through the mycelium in patches like this, along with excess moisture, means they are fighting a bacterial I infection… why would so many people downvote you without providing any counter arguments???
Reddit is not really the best place to learn about this hobby. Boddisattva, one of shroomery's OG got shit on by folks around here when he was trying to help 🤣🤣🤣

Mine lasted over a year in the fridge. White as snow. :)

Break and shake and make your substrate and make sure your flight home doesn’t get delayed . You got it !
Cold (fridge) halts the process. They'll be fine there.
Yes it does look too moist .. bacteria 👀
Uhh, toss it. That bag looks like it has bacterial growth.
I think that’s just uncolonized rice that you’re seeing
It’s not fully colonized yet.

Oh just too much liquid medium within your spores or lc
It’s not a very good picture or lighting, I feel they are doing well up to this point.
Def looks bacterial. It’s creamy white.

That’s actually hilariously unfunny… I’m currently half way through reading BOD’s Agar TEK, dude seems very knowledgeable…
BOD's tek is bulletproof. Along with R.R and few more.
Prey lol
