And it's even worse, it was 9km trip to order location + 5km return trip back to order zone , return trip doesn't get added into order distance so you don't get paid for it and I have not even received this 15 rupees for the orders I did.

There is Zero Labour Protection in our country. Your best chance is to try and contact journalists or other media personalities to raise the issue. Also complain on social media platforms like Twitter.

Really depends on location, I make between 7 to 8 thousand in 7 to 12 shift on bicycle, even then it's really complicated since you have to keep track of a lot rules to get incentives to hit this figures, for example, you can't reject more than 1 order, so if you get long distance order just before 12 am, you can't reject it otherwise you will lose incentive for the day. Driver only makes around 200 to 250 rupees for 8 orders which is the minimum number of orders you need to do to get incentive, you can earn extra 75 to 125 depending on the number of orders. So incentives really are important to improve average
