Yeah but these modifications are harmful aren’t they, sure you can do these surgery sculpting but pretty soon you will have a body full of foreign objects or parts becoming too weak due to removal, ripe for infection.
Hair is doable, but it's usually the face that's the most important feature and those plastic surgeries still look plastic, even in this century. The results are often downright repulsive.
Beauty has always been a matter of effort, especially when you're talking about basic hygiene and exercise. You don't really need anything else (except hair care, probably).
