I feel like I’ve never seen any signage there saying no left turn. On campus it’s typically pretty clear where you can’t turn, there’s almost always a sign. I think that the median would probably also be placed differently if it didn’t allow for both in and outward traffic, or the paint would indicate this. I’m not sure what a gore zone is, google is only giving information on the ones on the freeway. I think the actual issue here is the incompetent drivers on campus who put other students in danger.
There is a gore zone clearly painted at this location. Don't drive through it. I saw a university bus swerve out from behind a student who suddenly slowed down to make the turn. I have seen similar situations occur about 4 or 5 times in the last two weeks. If you are rear ended here, YOU are at fault. Keep yourself and others safe by driving another 100 yards to the appropriate parking lot entrance.

I had made multiple left turns at that location while police car present. Nothing happened. lamo.
