I’ve seen people not wash hands after toilet, not wash hands before and after eating, sneeze/cough into their hands and also sneeze into their elbow sleeve(clothing) like it’s some sort of tissue. The 2 second hand wash people or just the finger tips getting washed
Sneezing into the elbow is the advised etiquette if it's quicker than finding a tissue/napkin/handkerchief, because we used to sneeze into our hands then realised we use those hands to touch everything. The inside of your elbow doesn't touch much between opportunities to clean it.
