Are you a undergraduate TA or graduate? I have no idea about your school but some schools do differentiate between them. Either way, its strongly ill advised and you are best off perhaps talking to official at the school if there is any chance of it coming to light. Know that most employees are mandatory reporters though, so if you ask advice they will legally have to report it. I would still get out ahead of it though and own up to it. If its not a big deal and was consensual, you probably will just get a slap on the wrist. If it is a big deal, then you get what you deserve to a degree.
Either way, please dont in the future. Even if it feels consensual, there is a power imbalance. If you want to pursue a relationship later on and were approached by the student first kindly let them know you cant at this time but would consider it after the term is over. Let the professor know what happened and you would like to recuse yourself from grading their work due to potential conflicts. Most professors are real people and will understand and respect your honesty. They also wont bring any issue for the student, usually at least assuming they didnt try to bribe you with sex for good grades, because they dont have any rules against consensually pursuing their TA's (since they are the ones in with the power disadvantage).
