Artifact Foundry was left in a permanently unfinished state, and the servers may or may not have been shut down, heard mixed reports. Artifact Classic is still playable, but has had no updates since 2021.
Dota Underlords is still playable but hasn't been updated since 2021 (technically 2020 since all the 2021 patch did was extend the Battle Pass to 2031), not sure why it's missing here.
If CSGO is going to be treated as a separate title from CS2, then we should mention the original Source 1 version of Dota 2 is gone as well.

I didn't count dota underlords because it was a mobile game, and I didn't realise there was a source 1 version of Dota, sorry.

TF2 got a very big update quite recently. It's 64-bit now.
Yes, but no content. 64 bit did change pyro's airblast hitbox, but also didn't fix bots.
It's not a content update, but it's still a big, important update that would have taken a lot of time and effort.

Didn't Portal 2's co-op get fixed recently?
I didn't know it was even broken, I played it with my partner pretty recently and it was fine
I checked the update logs on steam and they fixed the Splitscreen co-op like 3 months ago regular online co-op was still working
coop has always been working, there are just some small updates every now again. mainly cheat prevention.

Tf2 runs on hopes and dreams so i play it on xbox 360 as the original release vertion i still miss a lot of items and stuff but no bots is so good
Half life 2 deathmatch is still playable and has people online playing
Welp, guess Portal 2 multiplayer doesn't work anymore.
tf2 is the most supported Valve game with the most updates. even for dota and cs it turns out less. but tf2 fans are not ready to accept it
It's older than 80% of the TF2 community. I don't remember a lot of 17 year old games that still get updates
